Meals for 9/15/09

Hello friends! After 3 days of working really hard on the house I am taking today to relax and finish some laundry...everyone deserves a day off here and there...don't get me wrong..I will probably still do some packing of stuff to go to the storage unit but not go crazy. Today I felt like some scrambled eggs for breakfast...:) Here it is:

Oroweat Sandwich Thins = 1 point
2 eggs = 4 points
Butter = 3 points
Banana = 2 points
Total points for Breakfast = 10 points

Wow...that was a high point breakfast. I don't like the eggbeaters so I prefer regular eggs. I didn't use that much butter on the oroweat bread but maybe I should have done some jam...oh well it was good and now I just need to adjust the rest of the day around it. I am going to do something fun for lunch....check back to find out what I am going to do:)

I'm back....:) Been watching Big Brother after Dark as this is the last night in the house before the finale tonight...GO JORDAN!! For those who know me well know that I love reality shows...don't know why but I do...:) These stitches are driving me crazy! I still have two weeks before they are taken out...my gums are feeling a little better today though. My jaw is bothering me a little because I have been only chewing on my left side for almost a month now...so it feels out of alignment...I will talk to the dentist when I go back in.

I hope your all having a good Tuesday...I am going to start exercising in a little bit. I made something new for lunch and it turned out really good. Nothing fancy...just took the Oroweat Sandwich thins and made some little homemade pizza's. I just used some Boboli pizza sauce and some 4 cheese mexican cheese on top. Put it in my toaster oven until the cheese was melted and yummy!! I had a nectarine with it...wanted to keep the points down a bit since I had a big point breakfast. We are having soft taco's for dinner...:) Here is my lunch:

Oroweat Sandwich Thins = 1 point
Boboli sauce = .5 points
1/2 cup reduced fat mexican blend cheese = 5 points
Nectarine = 1 point
Water = 0 point
Total points for Lunch = 7.5 points

Ok..well maybe the points weren't so low...next time I will use a little less cheese...but it was still yummy and I am going to use a few of my weekly points to cover it!:) I will catch you all later..I am going to go exercise!

Well I lived...as I said in my previous post I only lasted about 10 minutes...but I have to start somewhere right? :) I will work on it and end up working out for the full DVD very soon. Tonight I made soft taco's for dinner...and YES I did remember this time to take a picture of it! I have also started taking a liking to hot sauce...I never liked things spicy before but it really tasted good with the taco's...although not so good against my sore gums...I guess that was kind of stupid but oh well...:) It could be too that the mouth rinse I am using took so much taste away from the taco that the hot sauce helped give it more taste...we will see when I am done with this rinse. Here is my dinner:

2 Taco's = 11 points
Diet Pepsi = 0 points

Dessert will be WW Candy Bar Ice cream = 3 points

TOTAL POINTS FOR THE DAY = 31.5!
TOTAL ACTIVITY POINTS FOR THE DAY = 1
TOTAL POINTS FOR THE DAY MINUS ACTIVITY POINTS = 30.5

  1. Love all of the meals. Ever try just egg whites? Or 1 egg plus 2 egg whites scrambled? Anything to help lower the points :) Brummle and Brown yogurt butter is what I use- 1 Tablespoon =1 pt. :)

    I am making pita pizzas tonight and the cheese I found was 1 point for one ounce. Its just a store brand reduced fat mozzarella. Nothing fancy but its good. :) I use 2 ounces on mine and its perfect!
