I'm still here! :)

This has been a super long week!! I didn't blog yesterday because we had some issues with our heating in our house so with all the commotion with the repair guy I didn't get online. It was awkward making dinner and then sitting down to eat when the guy is in our basement...but I did and we had a nice new recipe. I will have to play with it a little though. The chicken was good but a little too many spices...and I forgot to drizzle the butter over the chicken before baking it. Saved some calories I guess! LOL

It has been sooooo cold here in New England! Last night the low was 3 degrees! Tonight it is supposed to get down to around 5. You walk outside and it almost takes the breath out of you! Next week the high is supposed to get up to 50! It is weird how the weather can change so quickly!

BREAKFAST
Yoplait Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt = 2 points

Peas = 1 point
Stove top Chicken stuffing = 3 points

Bag of Popcorn

Dannon Strawberry Yogurt = 2 points
Honey Nut Cheerios = 3 points

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich = 6 points
Veggie Straws = 3 points

Fiber one Brownie= 2
WW mini mint snack bar = 2

Chicken baked Chimichungas = 13 points
Milk = 5 points
 
EVENING SNACK

I know I eat alot of the same things...but it works for me and I do switch it up a little bit so I don't get bored...I am really tired tonight...I walked 1/2 hour on the treadmill this afternoon. I am not looking forward to the weigh in this week. It is that time of month where I retain a lot of water...so I am trying to drink as much as I can to flush it out. I am going to go and relax a bit. Take care everyone!!
