Can of Progress light beef stew = 4 points
Joseph's tortilla wrap = 2 points
2 wedges of laughing cow cheese (spred in tortilla) = 1 point
Carrots and Celery = 0 points
Total points for lunch = 7 points
I will be back later to record dinner. I think we are having pork chops. It depends on what time my husband comes home from work. Catch you later.
DINNER
Pork Dinner = 13 points
Milk = 5 points
Total points for Dinner = 18 points
EVENING SNACK
Bag of popcorn = 3 points
TOTAL POINTS FOR THE DAY = 32!
Once again I didn't eat all my points..but I had a good reason today...I am going to hit the hay early...talk to you tomorrow!
