Meals for 10/3/09

Hello everyone...sorry for the late post but its been a busy day...well sort of. We got up and just kind of hang around the house all day because Kevin worked until 11:00 last night and we didn't get to bed until midnight so we were both kind of tired. I had the same breakfast and lunch as yesterday...

Sandwich Thins = 1 point
Red fat peanut butter = 2 points
Banana = 1.5 points
Total points for Breakfast = 4.5 points

BBQ Ranch Chicken Wrap = 6 points
Veggie Crunchers = 3 points
Lemon Torte Parfait = 2 points
Total points for Lunch = 11 points

Kevin and I were invited to Kristen over at Scrappin My Bliss parents house for a birthday party for her husband Kevin. He turned 40 this year:) She had all kinds of good foods and I decided to try a little of I am just going to count all of my 35 flex points for it just to be safe...I also had a slice of cake that was pure heaven...tomorrow I will just eat light and see what happens on Monday:) We had a blast at the party and met all her friends and family.   1. Everytime I go to the grocery store I forget to look for those sandwich thins. We have such a limited selection here, but they might have them! I love all your food choices, and I also think it's wonderful that you counted in that heavenly cake as part of your day. You are doing really, really well!
