Meals for 10/15/09

Good Morning everyone! I am feeling a little blah this morning...I kept waking up last night and just couldn't say asleep...I was going to get up and exercise this morning but I just don't feel like it...I decided to have something a little different for breakfast...egg whites and sandwich thins with jam. It is actually cold this morning...we are starting to use our comforter at winter is a comin! Right now it is 39 degrees outside and it is almost 11:00 in the morning...that is crazy!

3 egg whites = 1 point
Sandwich Thins = 1 point
Strawberry Jam = 1 point
(didn't have a banana..just used this picture from last time)
Total Points for Breakfast = 3 points

I need some motivation folks...don't know why I am feeling so blah today...not down or depressed...just don't have much energy...check back at lunch...catch y'all later:)

Hey everyone! Thank you for all the comments and words...I am feeling alot better this afternoon. I got out and went to the grocery store and picked up a RX for Kevin and picked up some of my favorite deserts...:) The Skinny Cow Chocolate Ice Cream see I LOVE LOVE LOVE ice cream and this really helps me stay on track. I used to eat a bowl of ice cream every night...and that is a huge reason that I gained alot of weight. So this keeps it portion controlled and when I am done I feel satisfied. It is only 3 points and it doesn't taste like the "fake" ice creams out doesn't have an aftertaste that wont go away...give it a try I know you will love it:)

For lunch I had the same as Mexican Corn Chowder...I need to eat it before it goes bad...I still have a few more bowls left...but I may take a break tomorrow from it:)

Mexican Corn Chowder = 3 points
All Bran crackers = 2 points
2 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges = 1.5 points
Lemon Torte Parfait = 2 points
Total points for Lunch = 8.5 points

Afternoon Snack:

VitaMuffin = 1 point

Tonight I am having the last of the leftovers from the other Round Steak and I am sorry for all the repeat meals...I just don't like things to go to waste...I hope your all having a great day! Catch ya later:)

Hello there:) I took Riley outside a few times this afternoon and MAN it is freezing!!!! Not much else to report...just had a nice relaxing afternoon...cleaned the kitchen and unloaded the dishwasher...whoopee! LOL Here is my dinner...same old same old...

Round Steak & Gravy = 8 points
Green Beans = 0 points
Mashed potatoes = 3.5 points
Total points for Dinner = 11.5 points

Dessert: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cone = 3 points

  1. Lack of sleep does that to me too. Do something fun today! I have the blahs just cuz I am alone lots so Im going to head out to the craft store to get some new beads. :) Always makes me feel better! :) Might even get a coffee while I am out! :)

  2. Sometimes when I feel tired, I still just go out for a walk and then I feel much better afterwards. You are probably tired because you didn't get enough rest. I get those nights too. I have to admit after those nights, I just don't want to do anything either.

    If I just make myself move when I don't want to I always feel bettter. But I do know how you feel...been there, done that!

  4. I just love your consistency with your are doing so great! I'm so tired of one great week followed by a crappy one. Planning on changing a couple of things this coming week to see if I can find a consistency zone that works for me...I'd love to drop 1-2 lbs a week...EVERY WEEK!! Screw the 10 lb/mo goal...I'm just dying for some consistency!! And thanks so much for the calorie count on the cereal...I'll be picking some of that up tomorrow when I go grocery shopping! :)

  5. You really are doing great! My sleep is almost forced on me because I generally get up super early and then am exhausted by 9:00!
