Meals for 11/1/09

Wow! I can't believe it is November already!! This year has just flown by! Kevin and I got up this morning and ran some errands. We went to BJ's to pick up some things. Picked up Kevin's suits from the dry cleaner and paid rent at the storage unit...other than that we haven't done much. We were both really tired which makes no sense because we got that extra hour of sleep last night!

Once again we left so fast I didn't eat breakfast...so that isn't so good. This is what I had lunch:



Lean Pocket = 5 points
Veggie Crunchers (2 servings) = 5 points
Apple = 1 point
Reduced Fat Peanut Butter = 2 points
Total Points for Lunch = 13 points

For dinner I was really tired and didn't feel like cooking...I know I need to get better about this! I don't know if I am coming down with something or what...but I don't usually take naps but I had to this afternoon...we ordered pizza and I got a calzone...veggie one but I am counting 15 points for it...I still have over 30 extra points left...probably not the smartest thing to do the day before weigh in...but I was good last night and didn't have any candy except for 2 twizzlers! I am making a commitment to cooking all dinners this week. We have Kevin's Mom coming out for a visit on Wednesday so it will be good to see her:) I am going to make some crockpot meals and some other good things:) Here are the guestimated stats for dinner:

Veggie Calzone = 15 points

Dessert: Skinny Cow Chocolate Ice cream Cone = 3 points

TOTAL POINTS USED FOR THE DAY = 31!

Normally I wouldn't have dessert but I am craving some chocolate tonight...and as I said yesterday I was short by 3 points so we will see how that affects me tomorrow! Wish me luck!

  2. Hey girl!! Just wanted to leave you a little tip...if you have a gain tmrw, do NOT freak!! Calzones have a TON of sodium in them, and you may see a "fake" water weight gain. I really hope you don't!! Hopefully you drank enough water tonight to flush it all out...but if not, just letting you know to be prepared. Hope it's a great weigh-in! :)
