Meals for 10/10/09

Hello!! It has been a fun and busy morning! Kevin and I went shopping for Fall decorations...check out my other blog to see what we bought! This morning when I woke up I was thinking about what I wanted to eat for breakfast...I have really been enjoying my Fiber One shredded wheat and thought...maybe I will have that again...got up and opened the pantry and it was gone...looked at the kitchen and saw the tupperware I used to put it in sitting on the counter EMPTY! Kevin ate the rest of the cereal not realizing that it was not just normal shredded wheat...POO I was really wanting some...oh well I ended up having my sandwich thins with peanut butter...

Oroweat Sandwich thins = 1 point
Reduced Fat Peanut Butter = 2 points
Total points for Breakfast = 3 points

I looked at Costco to see if they carried that cereal and they don't...so I will have to pick up a few boxes next time I go to the store. He felt bad but I told him at least he was getting his fiber! LOL

For lunch we stopped at the Cheesecake Factory and I had a really good BLT salad off the appetizer menu...it was a perfect size. All the regular salads are so huge! I had them put the dressing on the side and I just dipped my fork in the dressing when I took a bite...that way I taste the dressing but barely eat any:) I am counting 12 points for the salad including the 2 pieces of bread I had...added it all to WW and that is what it says:

Salad w/bread = 12 points

Afternoon Snack:

Fullbar = 3 points

Tonight we are having some pulled beef sandwiches...that we bought from Costco..check back later!:)

Hello everyone...nice afternoon relaxing at home. Didn't do much but watch TV and clean up a little bit:) For dinner we had the best pulled beef sandwiches! I loved it. It was a sweet BBQ taste and not too strong. Big chunks of meat..sometimes they put so much sauce and a little meat...but this was almost more meat than sauce! One serving was only 3 points! We had Fiber One buns and Orida baked fries with it...I was so hungry I ate my dinner before I remembered to take pictures of it...sorry! Here is a picture of what the packaging looks like:

It was super easy. Just warm it up in the microwave and eat it! Here are the numbers:

Fiber One Hamburger Bun = 2 points
Pulled Beef = 3 points
Orida Baked Fries = 3.5 points
Ketchup = .5 points
Milk = 2 points
Total points for Dinner = 11 points

Dessert:

Fiber One Granola Bar = 2 points!
(Ace I had these and when you said they were so good I had to try them!)

TOTAL POINTS USED FOR THE DAY = 31!

    I eat pb&j on an english muffin every morning. It keeps me full for the morning.

  3. Girl I just tried sandwich thins. SO GOOD! Did you toast it before you added peanut butter. Interesting....

    That salad looks amazing. God I love food. I am not an addict but tonight it does feel a whee bit like crack to me and your blog pics are feeding my habit.
