Hey guys...sorry I missed posting yesterday...just didn't feel much like getting online. Stayed on plan though. I am still trying to get in the habit of taking pictures of my meals and I am forgetting! But I can still write them down:)
Not much going on to write about. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home yesterday because we were running out of fruit and I had to pick up a few things for a recipe I will be making in the next few days. Other than that just a boring day. Kevin had to work late last night so I ended up having a couple frozen dinners in one day. I try not to do that because of all the sodium. But you have to do what you have to do right? Here is what I had yesterday:

Chabata Bread loaf = 7 points
Total points for dinner = 14 points
EVENING SNACK
Pop Secret Homestyle popcorn = 3 points
Total points for yesterday = 37 points!

I am exhausted tonight...think I might turn in early. Almost feel like I am coming down with something. Everyone at work is coming down with colds and the flu...I am hoping to avoid that! Catch you all later!
